The branch 20 of the Centralised System of Libraries is located in Bala-Bagban block in "Dar-ul-kutup" mosque by Abulfaz Nakhchivani, who was a draftsman and guardian in Ganja. This mosque was built in XII century.

Since 1981 it works as a library. There are 10053 books in it. The library has 1691 readers. A lot of interesting measures of different actual topics are often conducted in the library.
