The library 21 is in the same building with the Drawing school, that is why the fund basically consists of literature about drawing.

The library serves the school, which is in its territory, and drawing art lovers. The literature about art composes a majority in the library.There are works of such Azeri artists as Tahir Salahov, Togrul Narimanbekov, Sattar Bakhlulzade and others, and also works, showing art of Azeri nation, and miniatures of Nizami Gyanjevi, and copies of Azeri art works from world museums are collected.
